Return Policy

NAMU allows 15 days from the shipment date to return any regular-priced slide purchased directly from namurecovery.com if all the NAMU return requirement are met.

IMPORTANT RETURN REQUIREMENTS: Any NAMU product being returned must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and within 15 days of shipment.

  • Slides must be new, unused, have its original tags, and its original packaging.
  • Slides with signs usage wear or missing its packaging cannot be accepted.
  • Any products marked as "final sale" at time of purchase can not be returned.
  • Returns here are only available for products purchased from namurecovery.com
  • If any of these above requirements are not met, a return will not be approved.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the physical returned product has been received at our warehouse, and passes our return requirements inspection.

IMPORTANT RETURN FEE: A $10 return shipping fee per pair will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Exchange Policy

NAMU allows 7 days from the shipment date to exchage any regular-priced slide purchased directly from namurecovery.com if all the NAMU return requirement are met.

IMPORTANT EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS: Any NAMU product being returned for exchange must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and made within 7 days.

  • Slides must be new, unused, have its original tags, and its original packaging.
  • Slides with signs usage wear or missing its packaging cannot be accepted.

  • Exchanges are only available for products purchased from namurecovery.com

  • Exchanges are processed as store credit, not a direct product-for-product swap, so the store credit can be used to purchase any product on namurecovery.com

Return or Exchange Process

  1. Visit our Return Portal by clicking in the "Start Your Return" button below
  2. Select the items you want to return, choose your reason, review and submit
  3. If applicable, provide a brief description of any issues and upload clear photos
  4. Once your return request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation
  5. Print the Prepaid Return Label provided in the email confirmation
  6. Package up your return products securely, and drop it off at the carrier location
  7. Returns will be sent to 26895 Aliso Creek Road B191, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656
  8. After we receive, inspect and approve your return, your request will be issued
